Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Inventory movement support across production and warehouse teams
• Regular inspections, counts, and monthly audits across production areas
• Reconcile physical and system inventory levels; verify finished goods from manufacturing
• Assist with lost SKU investigations and report discrepancies
• Support order fulfillment (picking, pulling, stapling finished goods)
• Enter and maintain data to ensure policy and state regulation compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in data management, inventory auditing, or using inventory systems or Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in a physically active environment
• Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn warehouse systems and processes
