Inventory Officer - eMobility

📋 Description

• On-site role in Nairobi and Mombasa, Kenya.
• Own tracking, receipt, movement, and system recording of mobility inventory.
• Maintain stock accuracy across ERP systems in real time.
• Support monthly stock reconciliations and audits.
• Collaborate with Inventory Lead, Finance, Retail, and Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in inventory management or related role.
• Bachelor’s diploma/degree in SCM, Admin, Eng, or related field.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Strong understanding of FIFO, serial/batch tracking, cycle counting, stock valuation.
• Attention to detail; ability to resolve discrepancies at serial/unit level.
