Inventory Support Officer (Lagos)

📋 Description

• Intake & Receipt Management for POS terminals and spare parts
• Log devices in IMS with correct status within 24 hours
• Identify quarantine for damaged or missing serial devices and raise discrepancy reports
• Track terminal movement through repair stages from intake to dispatch
• Enforce 24–72 hour SLA for receipt-to-assignment and QA clearance-to-dispatch

🎯 Requirements

• OND in a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years in inventory operations
• Good computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and workflows
