End-to-end custody of POS terminals through the repair pipeline in the IMS.
Log received devices in IMS within 24 hours of arrival.
Identify and quarantine damaged or missing-serial devices; raise discrepancies.
Track terminal movement through repair stages: Assessment, In Repair, QA Cleared, Dispatch.
Enforce 24-72 hour SLA from receipt to assignment and QA clearance to dispatch.
Update IMS status to QA Cleared - Awaiting Dispatch within 4 hours.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum OND in a related discipline.
At least 2 years' experience in inventory operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with inventory management systems and large volumes.
