Investigator Grants Associate II

📋 Description

• Support project and finance teams with timely preparation, tracking, and processing of investigator
• Review CTAs and establish site-specific payment tracking workbooks.
• Maintain advance balance tracking and monitor prepaid funds for site payments.
• Work with Project Directors/Managers to document and process eligible visits and payment milestones.
• Validate financial calculations and prepare payment packages for review.
• Communicate approved payments to Finance to enable system entry and processing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or local country equivalent.
• At least 3 years of clinical research experience.
• Accounts Payable experience, especially with global payments.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to reconcile and communicate financial
• Advanced or intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills with financial trackers.
