🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional investment banking experience, Associate level or above.
• Background in M&A, investment banking coverage, capital markets, or related areas.
• Strong command of three-statement financial modeling, DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions
• Experience producing or reviewing pitch books, CIMs, deal-process docs, board materials, and
• Exceptional written communication and the ability to apply objective evaluation criteria.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
