📋 Description

• Lead treasury and ecosystem funding strategy.
• Source and evaluate early Web3, RWA, and DeFi opportunities.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, due diligence.
• Manage deal flow: pipeline, prioritisation, IC prep.
• Negotiate and execute token and equity investments (SAFEs/SAFTs).
• Collaborate with legal and finance on docs and treasury execution.
• Design milestone-based incentives for ecosystem investments.
• Support portfolio with introductions and ecosystem alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years in VC, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund mgmt.
• Strong blockchain fundamentals, token economics, on-chain products.
• Proven ability to evaluate Web3 projects and structure token/equity deals.
• Financial modeling and due diligence: market sizing, risk, token supply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to operate independently in a fast-paced global env.
