📋 Description

• Develop and execute treasury and ecosystem fund investment strategies.
• Source and evaluate early-stage Web3 infrastructure, RWA, DeFi opportunities.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and tech assessments.
• Manage deal flow with pipeline tracking and investment committee prep.
• Lead token and equity investment negotiations, including SAFEs/SAFTs.
• Design milestone-based incentives for ecosystem investments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in venture capital, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and on-chain financial products.
• Proven ability to evaluate Web3 projects, analyse business models, and structure both token and equity deals.
• Solid financial modelling and due-diligence capabilities, including market sizing, risk assessment, and token-supply analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
