• Lead investment strategy for treasury and ecosystem funds.
• Source and evaluate early-stage Web3 opportunities (infrastructure, DeFi, RWA).
• Perform market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.
• Manage deal flow: pipeline tracking, prioritization, and investment committee prep.
• Lead token and equity investment negotiations (SAFEs/SAFTs).
• Collaborate with legal and finance for docs, compliance, and treasury execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in venture capital, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokenomics, and on-chain financial products.
• Proven ability to evaluate Web3 projects, analyze business models, and structure token and equity deals.
• Solid financial modeling and due diligence capabilities, including market sizing and token supply analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to operate independently in a fast-paced global environment.
