• Develop and execute treasury and ecosystem fund investment strategies.
• Source and evaluate early-stage opportunities in Web3 infrastructure, RWA, DeFi.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Manage deal flow with pipeline tracking and IC prep.
• Lead token and equity investment negotiations; ensure docs and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years in venture capital, crypto investing, or ecosystem fund mgmt.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token economics, and on-chain products.
• Evaluate Web3 projects, analyze business models, and structure token/equity deals.
• Solid financial modelling and due diligence; market sizing, risk, token supply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently in a fast-paced, global env.
