Investment Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee ETF and ICAV fund valuations for APAC region
• Review NAV calculations and sign-off or challenge third parties
• Support launch of new ETFs and listed share classes
• Manage outsourced service providers across trade lifecycle
• Identify settlement risks and drive timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with Asia Trading Desk and Fund Management

🎯 Requirements

• Investment Operations exp with NAV production/oversight
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement, custody
• Experience with multi-currency environments
• Oversight of third-party service providers and SLAs
• Strong stakeholder management across global teams
• English fluency; Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese a plus
