Investor Relations Lead

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day execution of Teamshares' investor relations program within the Finance
• Collaborate daily with the CFO and CEO to develop and communicate Teamshares' investment narrative.
• Participate in public investor meetings with the CFO and CEO as needed.
• Build relationships with current and prospective institutional investors and analysts.
• Develop and maintain an active calendar of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Prepare management for earnings calls and external engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Current, direct investor relations experience at a publicly traded company.
• Experience with public-market investors, including institutional investors and equity analysts.
• Strong understanding of public company disclosure, earnings communications, and capital markets.
• Proven ability to organize and execute investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Excellent financial and business acumen with the ability to communicate an investment thesis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proactive and commercially minded.
