📋 Description

• Run trademark clearance for new model, product, and feature names
• Manage global trademark prosecution and portfolio strategy
• Lead trademark and domain enforcement end to end
• Oversee online brand protection program with external vendor
• Manage domain portfolio strategy, acquisitions, disputes, recovery
• Counsel teams on brand usage and naming, translating IP risk into guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a JD and be active member of at least one U.S. state bar
• Substantial trademark and domain practice across clearance, prosecution, portfolio mgmt, enforcement
• Hands-on experience: running clearances, shaping strategies, enforcement decisions
• Experience managing global trademark and domain portfolios, including UDRP
• Ability to explain reasoning to lawyers and non-lawyers
• Collaborative with legal colleagues, outside counsel, and business partners
