IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management)

📋 Description

• Apply preventative IPM agents to preserve quality of product.
• Monitor pests and disease to maintain plant health.
• Maintain logs for pesticides and preventative agents.
• Operate Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers for IPM applications.
• Coordinate application schedules with IPM Supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Positive, team-oriented with strong time management.
• Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
• Must be 21+ and lift up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Adaptable, with attention to documentation and organization.
• Reliable transportation; tolerate allergens and environmental conditions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
