• 4+ years in developer support, sales engineering, or related roles
• Strong understanding of identity and security for enterprise SaaS
• Analytical, with ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to evaluate software and engage with leaders
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with ISV community
• Adaptable in dynamic environments with process improvement focus
