• Working coding ability and comfort navigating a codebase; verify AI outputs.
• Excellent communication to translate fuzzy requests into concrete plans.
• Curiosity for new AI tools and quick adoption in a fast-moving field.
• Fluency in Spanish and solid English (B2 to C1).
