IT Asset Management Executive

📋 Description

• Manage the IT asset lifecycle across procurement, receipt, tagging, allocation, transfer
• Maintain accurate asset records: make, model, serial, tag, config, warranty, location, custodian
• Track hardware, software licenses, and IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, printers, mobile
• Coordinate asset allocation with approvals and handover/return docs
• Support onboarding/offboarding asset provisioning with HR and managers
• Conduct audits, reconcile asset registers, investigate discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, Electronics, or related field
• 2–5 years in IT asset management, inventory, IT operations, or related
• Asset lifecycle knowledge; practical hardware/software asset management
• Inventory controls, physical verification, reconciliation skills
• Technical understanding of laptops, desktops, servers, networking, peripherals
• Familiarity with asset-management/ITSM/ERP/ticketing tools
