Provide level 2 support during deployment and level 3 during operations
Audit tool use to ensure best practices

🎯 Requirements

6+ years analyzing, describing and challenging processes
Knowledge of UML and diagram tools; wireframe tools
Master’s degree in business, commerce or computer science
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English; good communication skills
Knowledge of SOA architectures
