IT Business Analyst - Oracle Fusion SC Planning

📋 Description

• Lead functional support and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules
• Build relationships with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership
• Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and solution design
• Configure and document Oracle Fusion SCM solutions including BR100 and MD050
• Identify automation, workflow improvements, and enhanced system capabilities
• Coordinate UAT and deployment activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, SCM, Business Admin, CS, or related field
• 5+ years as IT Business Analyst with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM in manufacturing
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules
• Translate business requirements into Oracle standard solutions and configurations
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL; OTBI experience
• Lean Six Sigma and Agile/Waterfall PM experience; Oracle Cloud SCM certification preferred
