📋 Description

• Bridge business strategy, healthcare ops, and technology solutions
• Gather requirements across business and technical teams
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope
• Support UAT, validation, and implementation readiness
• Develop documentation, process diagrams, and knowledge-sharing materials
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field
• Typically 5+ years in information systems or business applications analysis
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience with process mapping/diagramming tools (e.g., Visio) preferred
