Lead IT compliance program and strategy for SOX ITGC/ITAC within own domain
Design assessments, test effectiveness, and report results to leadership
Drive multi-quarter initiatives: onboarding, evidence automation, continuous controls monitoring
Oversee ITGC ops: access, change, operations, and cloud/configuration controls
Own ITAC portfolio: tests of automated controls, reports, IPE, interfaces
Maintain system/tool inventory and tiered risk-based control testing

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in IT, Accounting, MIS, or Finance
7–10 years in IT audit, internal controls, or tech risk; Big 4 preferred
Credentials like CISA/CRISC/CIA/CPA strongly preferred
Hands-on SOX 404 ITGC/ITAC expertise; control documentation and testing
Knowledge of COSO/COBIT and risk assessment
Experience with cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, SaaS architectures; governance in these envs
