📋 Description

• IT Operations Support: coordinate service activities and monitor workflows to ensure high-quality
• Technology Asset Management: manage lifecycle of assets including inventory, licensing, deployment
• IT Project Coordination: track timelines, organize resources, and support project execution.
• Documentation & Training: create and maintain technical docs and training materials for user
• Research & Process Improvement: explore new technologies and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Vendor & Contract Support: coordinate with vendors on services, costs, and purchasing

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field; certifications/experience considered.
• Experience: 4+ years in IT operations, IT coordination, or related IT role.
• Enterprise Systems & Platform: Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Office 365 administration, or
• Microsoft 365 & Excel Expertise: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Project Coordination & Prioritization: Experience managing multiple priorities and
• Work Authorization: United States work authorization; not offering visa sponsorship now or in the
