IT End User Computing Manager

📋 Description

• Deploy and manage VDI; administer MDM and device tools.
• Oversee AV and video conferencing platforms.
• Manage IT services: Microsoft 365, VPN, antivirus.
• Optimize EUC assets; improve IT procedures for efficiency.
• Provide training and hands-on end-user support.
• Offer off-duty infrastructure support and other tasks as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Team leadership: 5+ yrs EUC/IT team mgmt; mentoring; performance mgmt.
• Scaling IT ops: scale from 200 to 500+ employees.
• MDM/UEM: Intune, Jamf, Kandji in mixed macOS/Windows.
• Identity management: Okta/Azure Entra for provisioning, MFA, SSO.
• Virtualization: VDI or DaaS (AWS WorkSpaces, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Security & compliance: SOC2, ISO27001, PCI-DSS; asset protection.
