IT Engineer

📋 Description

• The IT Engineer is the primary point of contact for end-user IT support across a 250-person quantum
• Support a diverse workforce spanning researchers, fab operators, engineers, and staff with distinct
• Not a conventional helpdesk role; triage in fabrication/lab environments and escalate correctly
• Respond to first-line alerts from Fab/Production monitoring; log, triage, and escalate as
• Collaborate with Fab/Production tool owners and external vendors on equipment issues, coordinating
• Manage monthly/quarterly patches and endpoint management platforms (WSUS, Intune, Jamf) including

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years IT support, sysadmin, or technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting on Windows and macOS.
• Experience with WSUS, MDT, Jamf, Intune, Active Directory, Okta, Google Workspace, and identity
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection.
• Ability to work independently, triage, and resolve IT issues.
