• Provide ongoing support for enterprise applications and infrastructure technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of IT experience with enterprise applications/infrastructure.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to analyze data for performance and
• Experience with testing, IT standards, quality practices, and security requirements.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
