• Lead IT Engineering team with hands-on work, mentoring, and hiring.
• Partner with Security and Operations to secure endpoints, networks, and SaaS tools.
• Drive automation-first IT across enterprise systems.
• Balance hands-on work with planning, governance, and hiring in a fast-growth setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading IT Engineering or Technical Operations teams, incl. project planning and hiring.
• Hands-on IT Engineering/DevOps-adjacent with automation-first mindset for enterprise IT.
• IAM expertise: SAML, SCIM, OIDC with tools such as Okta and Google Workspace.
• MDM tooling: Jamf, Kandji, Fleet across a device fleet.
• Scripting: Python, Bash for automating compliance and device configuration tasks.
• Office network equipment (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti) and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance experience.
