On-site IT support for UK Eurofins Forensic sites
Maintain end-user computing and lab IT equipment
Support deployments, upgrades, changes
Occasional out-of-hours support for incidents
Travel between sites as required
Ensure security and compliance in operations

🎯 Requirements

Full UK driving licence
Experience in IT Field Service/Desktops/End-user support
Windows desktops and laptops knowledge
Hardware break/fix and troubleshooting
Strong customer service and communication
Ability to work across multiple sites
