IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer III

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise server infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting
• Lead network troubleshooting and incident resolution across routing and switching
• Develop and maintain standardized firmware/BIOS/driver/software update processes
• Support hardware lifecycle management including refresh projects and end-of-life migrations
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across teams
• Manage hardware vendor relationships and support SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure operations and support
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise server platforms, firmware management, and remote management
• Strong Cisco networking expertise, including routing, switching, IOS/NX-OS
• Experience with automation, scripting (Ansible, Python), and version control
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or ITIL preferred
