IT Intern

📋 Description

• First point of contact for internal IT helpdesk requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for remote team
• Assist provisioning/de-provisioning of SaaS accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira)
• Help track inventory and manage licenses; keep MDM up to date
• Support IT & Security in cybersecurity, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance
• Create and update internal IT docs and how-to guides

🎯 Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in IT, CS, Information Systems or related field
• Basic hardware, OS (Windows/macOS) and SaaS tool understanding
• Familiarity with device/endpoint management (MDM) is a plus
• Interest in cybersecurity/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Strong problem-solving, curious, self-starting attitude
• Clear written/spoken English; comfortable with remote international team
