IT Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional IT teams (sysadmin, help desk, dev, DB, EDI, web).
• Maintain responsibility for company infrastructure; partner with Senior Systems Administrator.
• Develop and maintain tech roadmap; analyze performance and propose actions.
• Oversee SDLC with engineering team; ensure quality and documentation.
• Manage project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resources for infra and dev.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT managerial experience with leadership.
• Strong systems administration and infrastructure background.
• Solid software engineering principles and SDLC; software project management.
• Experience designing disaster recovery and business continuity plans (RTOs/RPOs).
• Hands-on across multiple IT disciplines.
