Oversight and management of IT service and infrastructure value chains
Directly supervise 1-4 direct reports
Point of contact for ITSM planning, projects, budgets, incidents, and system issues
Administer systems and deploy/implement IT solutions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Three to five+ years in IT as a Systems Administrator or equivalent
ITIL Foundations v4
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, AD, SharePoint, Dropbox, Windows/macOS
Experience with VMWare, Cisco Meraki, SmartDeploy, Dell, Apple hardware
Strong knowledge of IT trends, policies, and ability to write company policies
