🎯 Requirements

3+ years IT experience in SaaS/tech with hands-on ops in scaling environments.
Proven JAMF (Jamf Pro) administration for macOS/Apple fleet.
Strong hands-on with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and EDR tooling.
Experience managing global endpoint fleets (procurement, deployment, lifecycle).
Track record with vendor/outsourced-partner relationships, contracts, SLAs.
Excellent communication for remote employees and multi-site teams.
