IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional IT initiatives to deliver technology and process solutions supporting SpaceX
• Own complex projects end-to-end, turning ambiguous problems into executable plans and reusable
• Collaborate with IT teams, support functions, and stakeholders to align deliverables and timelines.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling and dashboards that streamline project management across platforms.
• Present data-driven updates and briefing materials to executives on status, risks, and
• Drive continuous improvements in IT operations and efficiency through data insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or 3+ years leading technical projects; or 5+ years without
• Strong analytical skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Teams, and related tools.
• Experience building automated project tools, dashboards, and reporting; AI tooling a plus.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical
• Familiarity with data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and data visualization.
