🎯 Requirements

7+ years IT ops, systems admin, or IT leadership.
MS 365 admin experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID).
IAM design: RBAC, Conditional Access, least-privilege, PIM.
Zero Trust, MDM (Intune, Rippling, Jamf/Kandji or similar).
Strong security/compliance: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST.
Bilingual communication; able to translate tech to non-tech stakeholders.
