📋 Description

• Manage and grow an IT partner portfolio in your region
• Identify and onboard new IT partners as multipliers
• Co-create revenue growth with partners and build pipelines
• Represent Doctolib at industry events
• Coordinate internal teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing) for partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with IT system houses, integrators, or IT consultancies
• Proven track record in B2B sales and partner management
• Strong networking and coaching skills for sales teams
• Project management experience and ability to juggle multiple partnerships
• Proactive, clear communicator with German (C1+) and English (conversational B1+)
• Willingness to travel regionally and work remotely with some in-person days
