IT Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations across Loft’s SaaS ecosystem.
• Develop automation for IT ops: user lifecycle management, access provisioning, config, data sync
• Administer IAM across hybrid environments: provisioning and authentication using Okta, SCIM, SAML
• Manage AWS infrastructure: IAM, EC2, WorkSpaces, VPC, and directory integrations.
• Deploy and improve VMware vSphere/ESXi infrastructure and related migrations, patches, and capacity
• Partner with Security to automate security controls across endpoints, networks, cloud infra, OS

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional IT experience in platform/infra/DevOps or IT automation.
• Strong experience integrating and automating SaaS apps via APIs (NetSuite, Atlassian Cloud, HRIS
• Strong scripting/automation: Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
• Hands-on IAM experience with Okta, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, SSO, and automated provisioning.
• Experience administering AWS: IAM, EC2, WorkSpaces, VPC, and directory integrations.
• Hands-on VMware vSphere/ESXi administration and troubleshooting.
