IT Program Manager - Manufacturing & Quality Apps

📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end programs for Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain apps.
• Partner with ops leaders to define objectives and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing IT roadmap for scalability and compliance.
• Drive global process standardization and system optimization across plants.
• Lead program portfolio management for manufacturing initiatives and dependencies.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of MES, QMS, shop floor, and production planning tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 10+ years PM exp or equivalent.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or life sciences PM.
• Proven leadership of large-scale MES, QMS programs with ERP integration.
• Strong knowledge of Plan-to-Produce, Quality, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in regulated environments with validation and compliance (QMS, FDA, ISO).
• Hands-on manufacturing system implementations, plant rollouts, multi-site deployments.
