• Lead initiation, definition and implementation of the program
• Build a program roadmap and ensure it is realized
• Manage a team of experienced project managers
• Follow-up on program objectives and progress to business management

• Manage program risks and dependencies with other programs/projects

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
• +3 years in consultancy; experience in managing complex programs preferred
• Experience with software implementation
• Strong leadership and facilitation
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise
• Ability to bring structure and stay calm
