End-to-end ownership of cross-country digital projects
Lead multi-stream initiatives across business, IT, and vendors
Ensure structured delivery in stage-gate governance
Manage stakeholders, vendors, budget, and resource planning
Drive execution in hybrid (agile + traditional) setup
Support key initiatives: mobile apps, Salesforce integrations, payments, fleet solutions

🎯 Requirements

8+ years IT project/program management experience
Proven track record in complex multi-stream project delivery
Experience with structured governance (stage-gate/funding)
Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
Budgeting and resource planning experience
Ability to work independently
