Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs in Fusion and EBS.
Full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
Build pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients.
Use Boolean search and LinkedIn to identify top talent.
Ensure compliance with client hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus).
Maintain recruiter branding and candidate engagement throughout.

🎯 Requirements

R recruitment experience/knowledge in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS).
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).
Prior exp hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Freshers welcome; MBA (HR Specialization) with excellent communication and interest in recruitment.
