IT Security Director

📋 Description

• Own HoldCo's core technology environment across Google Workspace, device management, identity
• Build practical security controls that let teams deploy new SaaS, AI, and internal solutions
• Run the user and device lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, access changes, endpoint
• Monitor escalations from our 24/7 SOC, surface material issues quickly, and partner with the CISO
• Partner with AI Governance to operationalize policies and guardrails, surface emerging policy
• Use lightweight automation, scripting, and integrations to remove repetitive work and occasionally

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating modern IT environments with ability to configure, troubleshoot, and
• Experience administering Google Workspace, device management, identity and access management
• Ability to think about security as a builder—creating practical guardrails that protect the
• Fluency with modern enterprise AI tools and understanding of security/governance considerations for
• Ability to use scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and SaaS-native integrations to solve
• Experience in small, scrappy environments with broad technology surface area and limited reliance

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $165,000 - $190,000
