📋 Description

• Support IT service management with data-driven insight and process support.
• Transform operational data into actionable intelligence to improve service reliability.
• Bridge operational data, technical teams, and service management for continual improvement.
• Collaborate with IT Service Delivery Lead to ensure visible, accurate performance data.
• Assist in service governance by tracking performance, trends, and SLAs/XLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in IT operations, service management, or data analysis
• Experience with ITSM tools (ConnectWise or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting data
• Experience creating reports/dashboards using Power BI or Excel advanced
• Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
