IT Solutions Engineer II

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain integrations between SaaS applications and core enterprise systems using Boomi
• Build and iterate on workflow automations to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Help support and optimize our SaaS stack, including managing and integrating enterprise AI tools
• Troubleshoot integration failures, debug automation scripts, and identify root causes of recurring
• Document integration workflows, automation processes, runbooks, and platform configurations for

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience administering or building integrations in a corporate IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with developing integrations in iPaaS platforms like Boomi.
• Working knowledge of API concepts including authentication (OAuth, API keys), data mapping
• Ability to write or maintain scripts or automation rules across one or more languages or platforms
• Familiarity with SaaS administration across collaboration, productivity, or identity tools (e.g.
• Curiosity and openness to working with emerging AI and LLM tooling as part of the IT software
