IT SOX Compliance Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead IT SOX compliance program strategy and operations.
• Oversee IT risk assessment and scope aligned to financial reporting.
• Review control docs; coordinate with control owners for testing.
• Coordinate ITGC/ITAC testing with internal and external audits.
• Support new systems with SOX requirements and audit readiness training.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve the SOX program.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or information systems; 8+ years IT SOX.
• CISA, CIA, or CPA certification strongly preferred.
• SOX 404, ITGCs, ITACs, and COSO internal controls expertise.
• SAP environments knowledge including SAP Security & Basis.
• Experience evaluating technology risk; Big 4 preferred.
• Experience implementing or managing GRC platforms.
