Identifying suitable IT suppliers based on commercial and technical factors.
Running tenders, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
Establishing new supplier relationships and processes.
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Defining, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
Managing and resolving supplier performance issues and tracking progress toward resolution.
