Role: IT Support Engineer on the IT Operations team
Support across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android; manage Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian
On-site, in San Francisco; on-call rotation for urgent issues
Onboard at scale; automate repetitive processes; improve employee experience
Collaborate with IT Engineering and Security
Provide hands-on user tech support, AV, conference rooms, and printers

🎯 Requirements

7+ years hands-on IT support experience
Excellent communication; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
Experience supporting macOS endpoints; comfort with ChromeOS, iOS, Android
Significant Google Workspace administration experience
Slack administration and SaaS tools experience
Understanding of SSO, MFA, directory services; basic scripting (Bash or Python)
