IT support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide IT support for internal users and contractors.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers, devices.
• Manage Windows, Mac, Linux on user devices.
• Manage user device environments with management tools.
• Create/manage accounts in Okta, AD, Azure AD, Office 365.
• Perform physical network tasks: patching, ports, cabling.

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary or higher education.
• Fluent Armenian and English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create structured documentation.
• 2+ years' experience supporting IT devices.
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux and business software.
