IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide second-line IT support via helpdesk, chat, and in-person.
• Prepare, configure, and ship laptops (macOS, Windows, Ubuntu) for staff.
• Deliver on-site IT support and maintain Wroclaw office tech.
• Run IT onboarding for new hires in Polish and English.
• Administer Google Workspace and Okta (provisioning, access, SSO).
• Manage devices and asset tracking in Hexnode MDM.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in IT support / helpdesk / sys admin.
• macOS and Windows provisioning; Linux/Ubuntu a plus.
• Google Workspace admin and identity/SSO tools (Okta or similar).
• Experience with MDM (Hexnode, Jamf, Intune) and IT asset management.
• Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi); UniFi exposure a plus.
• English (B2+) with Russian or Ukrainian; Polish a plus for on-site onboarding.
