Handle L1 escalations from intake through diagnosis and resolution
Manage onboarding/offboarding across corporate SaaS apps
Respond to security incidents (phishing, compromised accounts, suspicious sign-ins)
Own and administer core SaaS/identity tools with access controls
Support access governance including RBAC, audits, and SSO/SCIM
Improve IT ops via automation, APIs, Zapier/n8n

🎯 Requirements

5+ years IT support; 3–5 years at L2 or systems admin
Strong troubleshooting with end-to-end ownership
Hands-on macOS administration and user support
Google Workspace administration experience
Experience handling security incidents and IAM concepts (RBAC, SSO, SAML, SCIM)
Clear documentation skills; mentoring and cross-team collaboration
