📋 Description

• Own and manage the IT support queue from end to end, resolving requests related to Google
• Troubleshoot issues and identify when automation vs. manual intervention is needed.
• Manage user access, permissions, domain configurations, and security checks for IT governance.
• Coordinate provisioning and onboarding logistics with external vendors across regions.
• Maintain documentation and records for security compliance (access reviews, onboarding/offboarding
• Support onboarding of new teams by configuring access and tools for users.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT support, service desk, or technical roles with ability to manage ticket queues.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration (user mgmt, permissions, settings).
• Strong experience supporting Mac users, Chrome, VPN, OS troubleshooting, and workplace tech.
• Ability to work remotely with distributed teams across Europe.
• Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and prioritization skills in high-volume periods.
• Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT to boost productivity and workflows.
